Take Care Courses

Our courses are meant to be a time for you to check in with yourself and be mindful of your own self-care. Offering similar benefits as traditional therapy, this healing, and self-care experience is intended to provide you with consistency in your practice of showing up for yourself, tools to help you navigate and cope with mental health challenges and increased insight and self-understanding.

 

The courses are designed for you to engage with on a one “session” per week basis for 4 or 8  weeks. You can schedule your session on whichever days you choose, as long as you stay consistent! Grant yourself with this time to check in on yourself without distractions or multitasking.
