Knowing Your Sticky Points
Begin to identify where you may be hardest on yourself and find the most resistance towards self acceptance and self love.

Connecting To Your Body
This week we'll further explore why mindfulness in the body is important on the journey to self-acceptance.

Who’s Voice Is This Anyways? Inner Child Healing
Begin to identify where the messaging that makes up your internal voice comes from.

Holding Space to Exist As Is (Awareness)
This week we'll learn to sit and hold space for what we've learned so far. We will also explore what it takes to move towards acceptance.

What is self-care? (Acceptance)
Adding on to the skill of holding space, this week we'll focus on deepening acceptance by adding compassion.

Pouring on More Love (Compassion)
This week we add positive affirmation to acceptance and begin cultivating a more accepting and loving inner voice.

Continuing The Journey Of Loving & Accepting Your Whole Self
Self knowledge and self awareness are the catalysts to self acceptance and self love. The more we know about ourselves, the more compassion we can offer ourselves. This week we reflect on what we've learned and how to continue the work.
