For Students

Each course is eight 1/hr sessions spread over an eight week time period.

Students will have access to one session per week that includes an hour’s worth of engagement. Once you sign up for a course, students are asked to schedule a time for themselves to complete their session for the week. Each subsequent session will drop one week from the day you sign up. 

LFH has a no refunds policy after distribution of the 2nd session in your course. If after you receive your first session you would like to cancel your course, you can email us at support@lifeforcehealing.org to request a refund. 

You can expect to receive psycho-education, skill development, and invitations for personal reflection around various mental health and wellness topics from licensed professionals. 

No, our Take Care Courses are not considered therapy. Nothing can completely replace the therapy experience and if you think you might need therapy we encourage you to reach out to a mental health professional in your area. Take Care Courses are meant to be an educational tool to assist with managing mild to moderate mental health concerns while providing folks with access to reputable knowledge and skills.

No, we do not accept insurance as a form of payment. We do offer pay as you go options.

Take Care Courses are meant to be primarily self-reflective and not graded or assessed. Instructors are not required to provide interactive feedback to students who enroll in their courses, though some may choose to engage more than others.

Please note that while instructors are not required to respond to quiz and reflection questions, they may still be able to see your responses. While we are not bound by HIPAA laws, trust that as licensed professionals, we will keep your information private. 

For Instructors

LFH owns the courses in totality while you maintain ownership of the individual content that is uploaded. Meaning, you won’t be able to download your LFH course and upload it somewhere else but you can feel free to utilize the content you create in other places. 

No, LFH is an educational platform only. This is not therapy and students are responsible for their own wellbeing. LFH takes on no liability for student outcomes.

Yes, your course will remain on the platform indefinitely unless you request it to be taken down. LFH does reserve the right to take down courses if there is an issue with content  but we will always communicate with you during that process.

Instructors are paid 50% of every enrollment for their course, and are paid out monthly.
