Life Force Healing (LFH) is a mental wellness brand that hosts therapeutic courses taught by independently licensed therapists across the country! The LFH Take Care Courses are taught on topics relating to mental health, healing, self-care, trauma, and general well-being. These courses are self-led mental health care as taught by licensed therapists; this means you don’t have to worry about overloading your schedule by adding more clients in order to help them. LFH provides you the opportunity to scale your reach, methods, and style of therapy through digestible forms of online content for users that can be accessed from anywhere!
Interested in this flexible opportunity but worried about the time or creativity you need to create content for your courses? LFH has you covered! Our course template is centered around therapeutic modalities you are used to and we provide you with connection and collaboration from other clinicians to help you lean into the creativity that you bring to your practice while alleviating the stress of having to develop your course on your own. We know that these courses can never replace the individual relationships we cultivate as therapists, however, our mission is to promote them as precursors to therapy, a supplement to therapy, or an accessible option for mental health education and care when therapy is not feasible or available.
